Our original Long Island dining room sits on Rockaway Avenue, just a short walk from the Valley Stream LIRR station. It's where Via Cuma's Neapolitan sourdough tradition first landed on Long Island — slow-fermented dough, wood-fired ovens, and family recipes carried over from Cuma, Italy.
