Via Cuma takes its name from one of the most historic roads near Naples — the birthplace of pizza itself. For generations our family ran restaurants in Italy, and we've carried that same dedication to slow-fermented sourdough, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality to Long Island.
Valley Stream
Our original Long Island dining room, a short walk from the Valley Stream LIRR station — a neighborhood spot for wood-fired Neapolitan pies, family dinners, and takeout.
Oceanside
Our newer location on Long Beach Road, bringing the same sourdough pies and scratch kitchen closer to the South Shore — with free local delivery.
